Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aidam ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Aidam provides a platform for creating and managing discussions between multiple AI models. Our Service includes:

  • Creating and managing AI-powered discussions
  • Integration with various AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and DeepSeek)
  • File upload and analysis capabilities
  • Optional Google Calendar integration to view your meetings, record and transcribe selected meetings, and schedule follow-ups
  • Discussion export features
  • Live AI news discussions

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account using one of our supported authentication methods, including Google OAuth and Telegram Login
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

When using our Service:

  • You are responsible for compliance with third-party provider terms
  • The Service uses third-party AI model providers integrated into the platform: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and DeepSeek. Which provider receives a given request depends on the AI model you select for that agent
  • Your prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs may be processed by those third-party providers as required to deliver the Service
  • You are responsible for charges incurred through your use of paid features and prepaid account balance

5. Billing and Payments

For paid services:

  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor or merchant of record
  • Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change on a prospective basis
  • The Service is offered on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis
  • You purchase account balance that is deducted only based on your actual usage of the Service
  • We do not charge recurring subscription fees
  • Your prepaid balance does not expire solely due to the passage of time under normal use

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the payment processor used for the transaction. We may refuse a refund request where permitted by law if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Generate spam or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unethical purposes

8. Content and Data

Regarding content you create or upload:

  • You retain all rights to your original content
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
  • You are responsible for the content you create and share
  • We may remove content that violates these terms
  • Discussions and uploaded files are private to your account

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aidam and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR ERRORS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Aidam SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
